Flexible Social Media Support
We pride ourselves in offering as much flexibility as possible by offering 3 different support options, so you can choose the right level of support for your individual needs – and these 3 options aren’t fixed either, we’re always open to adjustments so we can offer you truly tailored support. For example, in our Social Media Management SLA, whilst we can make posts for you, you are also welcome to make posts yourself if you find it easier or if you suddenly find yourself needing to make an emergency notice over a weekend. We also offer support for multiple different social media platforms at no extra cost!

Please note we typically recommend either Tier 2 or Tier 3 so we retain access to your account(s) to help with access permissions. This is to protect you from the risk of losing your school’s account(s) if the member of staff at your school responsible for your social media leaves without giving someone else admin access / the login details. We always ensure multiple members of our team have access and we regularly check these access lists are all up to date to ensure this could never happen.
Social Media Planning & Post Creation
With our Tier 3 Social Media Management SLA, we will set up a social media schedule for your school – a list of events, dates, their details and when to post about them; including events unique to your school, nationwide events like World Book Day, and holidays like Christmas and New Year. All you would need to do is just let us know your event dates, which could be as simple as just forwarding to us the diary dates you’ve sent to parents/carers.
We then keep a close eye on this schedule and will make posts for you as the dates come up, including making custom images/graphics for each post. We then send the wording and any images to a designated contact within your school so you can approve the post(s) before they’re published. By making great use out of different scheduling features, we can even schedule posts in advance to be published outside of school hours and outside of term time, like a Happy New Year post right on midnight, or an event reminder on a Sunday evening.
You will also be welcome to send any new post requests to our eServices helpdesk, including any day-to-day posts, like some information and photos of what your children have been up to during the day or on a school trip.
Please see the images below for a small selection of some custom images/graphics we’ve recently made for posts for some of our supported schools. We always aim to make these images match your school’s logo and branding for a cohesive visual identity, such as using your school colours and the font on your school website. When we first start supporting your social media, we’ll work closely with you to develop your own ideal style which we’ll then use as a template for making any designs for you.
