Over the past little while, we've been in the process of testing out our own, brand new ID Cards printer! We're very grateful to a couple of our schools who have helped us during the testing phase by trying out the cards and designs.
We're now pleased to announce the launch of our ID Cards Design & Printing Service, now available for schools to purchase!
What's Included?
Our new flexible service is designed to work with your individual preferences and circumstances. Please see below for all the options we offer, which you can pick and choose from:
ID Card Designs - We can design an ID Card matching your school's logo and branding, containing all the information you want to include (e.g. names, job titles, etc.). Both portrait and landscape orientations are available, plus we can make multiple different designs if needed (e.g. staff cards, visitor cards, and temporary cards).
Printer Assistance - Have your own card printer? When we create a design for you, we can help you import that design into your own printer's software!
ID Card Printing - We can print as many cards as you need using our own printer, using either the design we made for you or a design you already had.
Small Printing Jobs - Have a new member of staff? Or did someone lose their card? We're happy to print just one or two cards for you without charging a large minimum fee. We save all the designs we make/use, so you can ask for extra cards whenever you need them.
Eco-Friendly Cards (Functional & Non-Functional) - When we print cards for you, we source the blank cards ourselves. Specifically, we use eco-friendly cards made of recycled materials, available with or without functionality (the ability to open doors, work printers, etc.). These cards are the same standard size and colour as other ID Cards. The technology in the functional cards are compatible with any Paxton Net-2 systems (other compatibilities may also be available upon request). If we provide IT Technical Support to your school, your designated technician can handle setting up the cards' functionality.
ID Card Holders & Lanyards - We can also source ID Card holders for you, available in a range of colours. We also offer a lanyard design and printing service, which includes the option for us to make multiple colours/designs if needed. Please note these are made elsewhere, so minimum order quantities may apply.
