An issue has been identified for Windows 10 users which is associated to a Windows update that displays merge table cells within Word documents. More information is here for clarification.
We suggest you contact your local ICT Technician to attempt the fix although we understand it is not guaranteed and an expected fix is not due for release until 3rd October 2017. Microsoft are fully aware of the issue and are working to resolve this.
